We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, who is flexible and pragmatic, to join our Food Quality, Environment & Assurance team in Dunedin. Reporting to the Quality System Documentation Manager, the Documentation Administrator is responsible for creating, proof reading and editing information in the Quality System. You will work with subject matter experts and site Technical teams to ensure final change content is acceptable prior to publication.
Your skills and attributes:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High attention to detail and be able to follow detailed processes
- Excellent written communication skills, with advanced grammar and spelling accuracy
- Proof reading and editing experience
- The ability to build strong and productive working relationships
- Experience with SharePoint or similar document management system
The role also provides full back up to the Quality System Administrator.
Food industry experience and familiarity working with documentation systems would be beneficial.
