Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, manage and monitor high-quality service to clients
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Solve client queries (where able) or pass on messages to the client managers accurately and timely
- Full compliance with statutes, regulations and Company policy
- Achieve agreed productive/chargeable hours target
Skills and Experiences
- Administration / secretarial experience, preferably in a financial services organisation, or trustee industry.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, with exceptional customer service
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Experiences in CRM systems (or of similar nature) or the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Team player with the ability to work independently from time-to-time and focused on delivering the best solution for clients
In return for your efforts...
