Job Description:

  • General support and feedback for Account and Field team.
  • Clear pricing variance claims.
  • Clear invoices (Demantra).
  • Promotional plans loaded (Demantra).
  • System and process improvements.
  • Gather data and documentation.
  • Data Entry.
  • Uphold the Heinz values.

Requirements for this role:

  • FMCG experience will be beneficial.
  • Strong follow up, understanding issues and their resolution and work them through to completion.
  • Results-oriented to drive progress to achieve results.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • An understanding of Customer Promotional practices.
  • Experience with trade Promotions Management systems.
  • Innovate thinker and problem solver.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
