We currently have an amazing opportunity for an outstanding customer service focused administrator to join New Zealand's fastest growing health education company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Life Care Consultants, the market leader in the provision of Workplace Safety Training and Health Monitoring Services nationwide.

Based in our Mount Maunganui office, ideally you will be:

  • An outstanding administrator, experienced in providing support to allow our sales and operational team to excel in every aspect of their roles.
  • Must have scheduling experience.
  • Proactive with a real 'can do' attitude and sense of urgency.
  • The kind of person who can show initiative and bring solutions to everyday challenges.
  • Energetic, friendly and team oriented, looking to contribute to an already successful team.
  • Organised with an eye for detail and the ability to stay calm in a busy and fast moving environment
  • A proven top administrator ideally with a background in sales support and customer service within the Health, Occupational Safety or Education sectors; though outstanding individuals from other sectors will always be considered.
  • Hours will  be 8.30-5.00.
