About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for someone to cover parental leave, someone who loves variety in their day while helping to create change. The role is split, which allows for huge variety in your day. A large part of your day will be focused around marketing and event coordination responsibilities. You will also be required to offer EA/secretarial duties to the CEO and senior management team. It is one of those rare roles where the successful person can showcase a wide variety of skills, and for the right candidate, there is potential for this role to extend or to be made into a permanent position.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the office's daily workflow
- Supporting the CEO and liaising with board members around diary management, scheduling meetings and arranging their travel and accommodation requirements
- Event management including; meetings, lunches, functions and conferences etc.
- Providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders through the organisation and facilitation of events
About you:
- Proven Office Manager or senior administration experience
- Exposure to marketing including event co-ordination and communications
- Ability to establish effective relationships across all levels of the business
- Effective time management and planning
- The ability to work autonomously and be self-driven
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
- Available to start early/mid August
