The Role

As a key team member you will enhance the two Managing Partners’ productivity and effectiveness, whilst providing support to the consulting team. Duties will vary from Executive Assistant support, email and diary management, meeting and travel coordination, meeting minutes, project management and liaising with clients and candidates. In addition you will support HR and marketing activities including event management, staff inductions, and generally make the office run smoothly.

 

Your Skills and Experience

Commercially astute decision making as well as your ability to build key internal and external relationships will be critical to your ongoing success in this role, as will your ability to deal with complex situations and drive yourself and others to achieve results.

To succeed in this role you will relish the challenge associated in working with a forward thinking team and be able to display professionalism, a sense of fun and attention to detail. Additionally you will be tech savvy and be happy to take a ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving.

Essential to this role will be your previous success in a similar role. In return you will be working within a culture where everyone has a voice, where no idea is a bad one and collaboration within the team actually happens.
