The Company

This well-known Brand and Market Leader is synonymous with superior engineered products connected to a building. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and driven Service Coordinator or  Operations Support Coordinator  to support our operations and work with a small and fast-paced team.

You will be responsible in delivering the following:

  • Back-end administrative support for the Production, Service, Project and Sales teams
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Take receipt of incoming goods
  • Logistics – local and international
  • Pick, pack, dispatch and invoice of spare parts
  • Purchasing of stock using JIT principles
  • Assist with spare parts quotes and service department quotes
  • Assist with maintaining the Technician training matrix

To succeed in this role, ideally:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant administration position preferably in the service/ manufacturing industry
  • You enjoy being busy in a small and highly dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to details and high level of accuracy
  • You are a friendly, confident with excellent verbal and written communication
  • You are highly organised individual with excellent attention to details
  • Driven toward effective time management, efficient output and superior service.
  • Willingness to acquire technical knowledge
  • May be required to travel and invited to meet with customers where required
  • Proficient in the use of MS suite and experience in using scheduling system an advantage
