Bring your enthusiasm, initiative and dependability to fill the Projects Assistant role to support and tautoko our Projects team.

As Projects Assistant you will be responsible for the administration and co-ordination of tasks that support the varied functions of the Projects team.

Projects Assistant tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Project Administration
  • Management of the CRM system and data control
  • Contract Management
  • Manage all enquiries for the current programmes being:
  1. Hinepreneur
  2. Te Aka
  • Providing support services for clients of these programs
  • Other tasks as required

To be successful in this role you will have an understanding of Te Reo Māori me ōna tikanga. Proven work experience as a Projects Assistant or similar role is essential, high lighting your contract management skills. Competent in the use of CRM systems in MS Word, MS Excel and Project Management software would be an advantage. Your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers and contractors will ensure your success in this role.
