This is a newly created role within our friendly business located in Te Atatu South. You will become a central point of contact for the team based in various locations. The role is challenging, and no day is the same.
You will work 9am to 3pm all weekdays and your work will include:
- Office Manager duties: business operations, internal systems and procedures, ongoing staff training, purchasing, supervises office maintenance
- Reception and PA: general administration duties, screens telephone calls, prepares communications from CEO, coordinates and manages sales initiatives, organises events, travel arrangements
- Accounts and Payroll: keeps accounts up to date with guidance from the company accountants, reviews staff records and attendances and prepares information for payroll, assists with annual budgets preparation
Skills and Experience:
- Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Xero is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused approach with good follow up
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous administration experience is required
