You'll be our members guide though their journey with us, taking calls and assisting members with a variety of inquiries about their health insurance cover and eligibility to make claims.

  • Talk to people from all walks of life, helping them through emotionally charged conversations and difficult situations
  • Use a range of systems to access information members require
  • Gather information, conduct research, and piece together a case to deliver a confident and clear decision

About you:

  • You'll need to be reasonably technically savvy & able to multitask well to ensure information is captured accurately
  • Be a quick learner, we deal with a lot of complex information
  • Able to convey information in a way our members understand
  • You'll have some life experience - understanding and empathy for the customer will serve you well
