F45 Birkenhead is on the look out for a superstar trainer to join our team. We have recently opened our doors and have been blessed with great trainers but with a few staff movements taking place we need to find another solid member to join the team.
We are flexible about what this role looks and feels like and are willing to adapt for the right person to fit into our team.
Personality must haves:
- Team player
- Member Centric
- Reliable, Planned and Organised
- OCD when it comes to movement technique
- Great sense of humour
- Ability to take the lead and make their positive presence felt
- Engaging
Role requirements:
- Deliver fun and engaging F45 classes
- Make new members feel welcome and induct them into the studio
- Demo exercises with perfect technique
- Help with pack up and set up for classes
- Present memberships when required
- Ensure members push themselves so that they get and see positive results
- Help look after and maintain a clean and functional space for our members to train
