Trading as the TV Shop, Brand Developers Ltd is one of Australasia's leading direct response TV companies selling quality products that are household names across fitness, homeware, DIY and lifestyle.

Reporting to Customer Operations Team Leader, you will be part of the Customer Management team, responsible for supporting call centres in both NZ and offshore through a range of customer, administrative, process and queue-based activities.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest quality customer service to our customers. You will be solution focused with the ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment resolving customer and third-party and offshore team issues in a timely manner.

Your experience in co-ordinating with customer and debt management teams will set you up to hit the ground running in our busy business.

We are looking for:

• ideally a minimum of two years customer and debt management experience
• accounts experience - refunds, reconciliation of financial statements, allocating direct credit payments
• a natural problem solver with an eye for detail
• the ability to multi-task with exceptional organisational skills
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• a strong desire to meet targets and KPIs
• key stakeholder management experience.
