The opportunity
As the Lead Learn to Swim Instructor, you’ll be playing a key part in making the experience of visiting our pools fun, safe and more enjoyable for our customers. In this position, you’ll be on the pool-side coaching, developing & mentoring team members, and taking the lead on rostering and lesson delivery. You’ll also support with the day-to-day operational running of the Learn to Swim programme, and in providing great customer service and problem resolution for our visitors.
About you
You’ll have a passion for motivating both your team members and our customers to enjoy and gain confidence in swimming. You’ll be committed to making the experience of working in and visiting our pools a great one for everyone involved. You’ll also hold a recognised swim teacher qualification, First Aid certificate and have experience in delivering lessons across a range of ages and abilities.

You will be working 40 hours per week, rostered over 7 days.
The Swim School is a seven day per week operation, therefore flexibility and commitment to working weekdays, weekends and rostered hours is paramount.
