Palmerston North
Massey Sport and Rugby Institute is looking for a dynamic customer service coordinator to manage the client needs of our sport, conference, accommodation and meeting facilities. Based in Palmerston North and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the successful and smooth operation and administration of all facilities within the complex, hire and train front line staff and work closely with the Wharerata hospitality staff, and also work closely with the other Sport and Recreation staff, Academic departments and Sport Organizations (Regional and National) to retain and expand client use of the SRI in line with the business objectives of the facility.
To be successful in appointment to this role, you should be capable of working independently, have excellent communication skills, and capable of thinking outside the box. The work is varied and requires flexibility of work hours.
