We are seeking capable and confident swimmers who can stay calm and take responsibility in busy and pressured situations and have the ability to work well in a team environment.

We require a number of lifeguards to work over the summer season in our community pools which are located in Darfield, Sheffield and Southbridge, from November through to March.

As a lifeguard you will be responsible for ensuring an enjoyable and safe environment for all our customers, and the successful running of the pool facilities.

Relevant lifeguard experience and qualifications are desirable, along with a current first aid certificate. However, for candidates with the right attitude and experience, we are able to provide training at our cost.

You will be required to comply with all our Health and Safety practices including uniform and footwear requirements and all applicants must be prepared to undergo pre-employment medical testing.

Successful applicants must be available for training prior to the season commencing. These dates will be September 22nd, 23rd and 29th. You will also be required to be available for shadowing and training between the 1st - 14th October and an induction day early November.
