This role is for an experienced lifeguard ready to step into a leadership role in aquatics.
In this role you will:
- actively supervise our poolside staff to ensure our pools are safe at all times
- bring an engaging leadership style to work to positively motivate our poolside staff
- share our passion for providing an exceptional customer experience every time
- enjoy working in a fun and active environment
- provide a valued service to our community and the visitors to our city.
All about you
You will need to show us that you:
- are highly motivated and super organised
- can effectively lead others in an engaging way
- are a strong swimmer and can maintain a level of swimming fitness
- will bring your initiative to work and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
It would be great if you hold a current first aid certificate and a National Lifeguards Award (pools). The hours will be rostered on a fortnightly roster and will be a minimum of 36 hours per week. You must have availability to work any day of the week including shifts starting at 5am and other shifts finishing at 10pm.
