NZ Roadside Assistance is a leading provider offering unique customer assistance programs to the insurance and automotive sectors.

We have a full time 40 hours per week position available with overtime if required. We run a modern shift cycle of 10 hour days so you would work 4 days on and 3 days off on set shifts Mon - Sun with 2 weekends a month off. This is a pivotal position where you will be involved in building lasting relationships with the company's clients, customers and service provider network - many of whom you will deal with on a daily basis.

You will enjoy problem solving and providing an informative service whereby you will be tending to customer's requirements.

You will be managing daily cases on our Auto Assistance software and maintaining the program and services accordingly.

  • Become a relied upon back-up to the Operations Manager and Senior coordinators in aspects of their role
  • Experience in a customer services environment.
  • Full time role - 40 hours per week on 10 hour day shifts so you would work 4 days on 3 days off with 2 weekends per month off - Monday to Sunday shifts.
