We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vineyard Manager to join our committed and passionate team. This position covers a number of organic and conventional vineyards within 15km of our Marlborough Winery.

In this role you will be implementing vineyard operations to the highest level, as well as managing staff and contract labour throughout the year. This will include planning, leading and actively partaking in machinery operations; ensuring that vineyard specific tasks are performed correctly, on time and to the required standard.

Additional tasks on this vineyard cluster will include irrigation monitoring and operation, frost control, canopy management, and all administrative tasks. To help with all of that, we operate top quality machinery, irrigation systems and technology.

 The successful candidate will have:

• Administration skills and strong computer literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in managing and training staff
• A strong background in machinery operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
