Customer Service Administrator - Magazine Industry (Part Time Position)

This challenging and exciting opportunity is with New Zealand’s largest independent magazine distributor.

This position is part time Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 5:00pm and will be based at the company’s head office at Enterprise Park in Manukau.

Working with the Client Services Team the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Communicating with customers regarding all subscription queries, dispatch information cancellation requests, backorders, replacements and other feedback for our collectable Parkwork products via phone & email
  • Collecting, sorting and processing daily mail
  • Data entry/spread-sheeting (strong excel skills critical)
  • Running daily subscription reports
  • Processing banking including credit cards, cash and cheque payments in our subscription system
  • Processing any banking credit card charge backs on a weekly basis
  • Processing all subscriber letters (ability to do mail merges is an advantage)
  • Stock management of returns and house copies

This role is very well suited to candidates with a “superstar” level of administration and organisational skills, as well as someone with an eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.

Along with your advanced administration skills we are also seeking strong communication ability, as well as a team player approach.
