Our client is a rapidly expanding contracting company, a leader of their industry. With a strong and successful company culture, and a passion for developing people, they are now looking to add to their team.
They are specialists in all things vegetation, from removal and transplanting, to land clearing, consultancy, restoration and everything in between.
Due to development they are now seeing 2 Contract Supervisors to manage their Streets & Parks contracts.
To be successful in one of these roles, you could be an experienced Arborist, who is passionate about providing the best solutions for your customer and looking to take a step up. Or you could already be a Contracts Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor, experienced in contracted services and is looking to diversify.
Its all about attitude in this role, so our client is ideally looking for an energetic self-starter, who is well presented and ready to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment.
Do you have:
- An ability to clearly communicate build relationships and relate to a multitude of people
- An understanding of effective Contract/Services/Facilities Management
- Previous experience managing & maintaining large accounts
- The ability to actively monitor and achieve set team driven KPI’s
- Intermediate Microsoft package skills
- Attention to detail, decision making capabilities and the ability to work autonomously
- Working knowledge of Health, Safety and Hazard Identification.
- A solid hands-on background as an Arborist and/or a qualification would be an advantage
- Leadership qualities and the right values to be a part of a successful team
Ideally we are looking for someone from within the arboriculture or horticultural industries however you might also come from:
- Interior//Exterior Building Maintenance
- Facilities Management
- Project Management
- Programmed Coordination
- Contract Landscaping
- Contracted Services
