As a specialist in arable and horticulture production systems within Ballance Agri-Nutrients, you will deliver customer value propositions to customers to sustain business partnerships and to provide a level of excellence that sets Ballance above it's competitors. Your willing attitude and passion to help our customers reach their business goals in line with Ballance's strategy and in an environmentally responsible manner will ensure your success.
Bay of Plenty based, the Horticulture and Arable Specialist will be a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. By developing partnerships and leveraging established networks and connections, you will be someone who enjoys blazing your own path and is passionate about arable and horticulture production systems.
You will be responsible for the retention and growth of the business in the Bay of Plenty region with your arable and horticulture focus. You will use your good planning skills and proactive approach to ensure that an effective customer contact programme is adhered to. You will build strong networks and work with business partners, key influencer's and your Ballance sales team colleagues to deliver the desired outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have;
• An affinity for the arable & horticulture sectors
• Resilience and the determination to succeed in a highly competitive environment
• A high degree of personal integrity and ability to demonstrate ethical behaviour in all business activities
• A relevant tertiary qualification and knowledge in nutrient management is desirable
