Totally Vets Group is a dynamic veterinary company, providing services and products in the Manawatu, Tararua and Taumarunui areas for companion animals, equine, and production animals.
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and inspire our Veterinary Clinic in Taumarunui. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the Company leadership team. You will need to have a passion for the local community and the ability to provide leadership for our Taumarunui technical and retail teams.
We value our customer-centric culture and in this role we will be looking for a person who can support a positive team environment, provide motivational leadership and deliver on our business performance outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for a Manager who has a strong business background and experience in leadership to work with their team of 12 plus persons. You will have previous business management experience, ideally within the veterinary or agricultural environment. This role is central to the success of our busy veterinary operation and will include delivery of customer service, retail, financial and facilities management.
