- Family owned and operated farm in Northland
A family owned and operated poultry farm on the outskirts of Whangarei is looking to employ an assistant to the farm manager. This role requires a committed and hard-working individual with a flexible approach to work duties.
This high energy role requires the following skills and attributes:
Experience or interest in animal husbandry and welfare – will be an advantage
Mechanical and or machinery skills
Practical and hands on
Physically fit and strong
Attention to detail
Reliability
Alternate weekend work required
Relief delivery driving
Clean drivers licence and reliable transport, class 2 licence or willingness to obtain one.
Able to complete a mandatory drug test
