The Role
We are looking for a team leader for our 24/7 residential service in Kapiti. You will be providing people with support in their home and community, whilst also providing leadership to a small group of support staff.
Skills
Experience with providing support is essential, and leadership experience is preferred but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of a level 3 certificate in Community Support, but ideally will hold a level 4 qualification. We have an internal learning programme and will assist the right candidates in gaining these qualifications.
A full driver licence is required for this position.
An understanding of bi cultural practice in Aotearoa New Zealand is important to this role.
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills joining a great team environment and a great place to work.
