Job tasks and responsibilities

We are currently looking for someone to join the team as a contractor, working with disabled people and their families to discuss support solutions that work for them in the Central Otago region. Ideally you will be located near Alexandra and contract work will include Wanaka/Cromwell. This work involves delivering facilitated needs assessments and re-assessments to identify current abilities, resources, goals and prioritized needs. The contractor will then be required to provide a comprehensive needs assessment report within agreed timeframes.

This contract role would suit someone with a strong understanding and demonstrated experience working in the disability sector as well as excellent workload management and facilitation skills as well as committed to the principles of the NZ Disability Strategy.

All applicants must have a full NZ driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
