Lead Systems Innovator – Healthy Families Waitakere
(full time fixed term until June 2022)
Sport Waitakere as the lead provider of Healthy Families Waitakere is recruiting for a number of new positions to join our team. This innovative large scale initiative aims to improve the health and well-being of people in Waitakere by harnessing community leadership and creating systems change where people live, learn, work and play.

The Lead System Innovator is a critical leadership role within the Healthy Families Waitakere team. Having extensive experience in co-design, developing design solutions to complex issues and being innovative and able to think outside of the box is essential. You will require demonstrated relationship management skills and have the ability to influence others to create change.
If you have an inquisitive and strategic mind and have proven experience in engaging with diverse sectors of our community then you may be the one we are looking for. You will be responsible for leading and managing staff within the Healthy Families Waitakere team, creating increased capacity and capability to advance the kaupapa.
This role is not your normal 9 – 5 job and sometimes you will be operating in a chaotic environment with the goal posts constantly shifting, if this excites you please apply.
