Community Service Coordinator
We are looking for a permanent part time Community Service Coordinator based in our Hamilton Branch. Our Coordinator work is varied and your role is centred on supporting disabled people through these life transitions and milestones.
We would love to hear from you if;
- You have an understanding of and are committed to our vision of inclusion for all people
- Want to work for a community organisation with a clear purpose and vision
- Have experience of working together effectively with youth, adults and families / whanau to achieve agreed outcomes
- Have the ability to identify what needs to be done, and to organise and motivate yourself to do it and think outside of the box
- Having experience with networking and connecting communities
- Knowledge of working in this sector
- Strong advocacy and able to support people to self-advocate
- Computer literate and have a NZ drivers Licence

This is a 30 hours per week position
