This well-established global business is looking for an exceptional customer service person to join their growing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing quotes and performing follow-up contact with customers
- Providing technical advice, interpretation and support to customers
- Upselling orders and promoting the company’s product and services
- Showroom organisation
- Development and implementation of marketing plans
- Inventory and stock control
- Picking and packing orders to ensure delivery times are met
Skills required:
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in the Agricultural industry would be an advantage
- Competent using computer systems including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills with a positive and professional manner
- Solutions-focused with the ability to problem solve
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
