The Asia New Zealand Foundation is the leading non-profit, non-partisan New Zealand institution on Asia and delivers programmes and initiatives to equip New Zealanders to thrive in Asia. This includes building knowledge and understanding through activities in arts, business, education, media, research and entrepreneurship and leadership development.
As the key outward face of the Foundation’s arts programme, you will be responsible for helping more New Zealanders understand Asia through the lens of arts. This will include administration of a partnership fund and management of a modest arts grant programme, arts residencies and other opportunities for the arts sector.
You will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships within the NZ arts sector and its engagement with counterparts in Asia. You have experience working with the arts sector and sponsorship management, a strong network within the NZ arts sector and excellent relationship and project management skills.
You will need strong influencing skills to bring people together, facilitate dialogue and achieve results.
