About the role
The site is a forensic mental health site with predominantly male clients. The team is a small cohesive team. Weekend work will be required. Being able to relate to clients in a positive and collaborative manner. Understanding mental health and forensic mental health would be advantageous.
You will need to be available and able to work rostered shifts, i.e. weekends, overnight awakes, mornings and afternoon shifts.

You'll naturally be a problem solver, quick thinker and enjoy connecting with the community. You'll use your non judgemental attitude and belief to encourage clients to change and grow.
What you need:
- It's desirable that you'll have a level 4 or 5 qualification in Mental Health and Addiction, however if you're passionate about our organisation and you're willing to work towards a qualification we'll support you as much as we can
- It's essential that you have a full New Zealand driver's licence
- Strong computer skills, a 'can-do' attitude and be able to demonstrate strong personal and professional boundaries
