About the role
The friendly care team are on the look-out for an experienced Caregiver to join them in our busy care home, providing first class care and services to our residents.
On offer is a part time opportunity, working 24 hours per week. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is essential.
Skills and experience required
You will have previous experience as a Caregiver for the elderly and an ACE qualification (ACE Core/Advanced/Dementia) will be advantageous. You will also have a large capacity for kindness and caring together with a bright, breezy attitude and "can-do, will-do" team focus.
You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our residents, so you will have empathy for the older person; excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear, considerate fashion with both staff and residents; and an industrious, diligent approach to ensuring that the job is done to the highest standards.
