Our Customer Service team are the central hub and contact point for our customers and our aim is for 80% of our Customers’ enquiries to be taken care of within the Customer Service team. We are seeking an individual to focus on the Australian side of our business, who likes to learn new things, loves dealing with customers and is committed to taking full ownership of fully resolving customer enquiries and exceeding their expectations.

This would be a great role for a recent graduate or somebody wanting to kick off their career and learn more about  the Payments industry.  This is an opportunity to join and exciting, growing and customer centric organisation with great opportunity for growth, training and development for the right person.

 

 Some of the key tasks will include;

  • Answering and responding to Customers Request
  • Responding to Partner Requests
  • Purchase Requests
  • Customer follow ups
  • Taking end to end ownership of solving customer problems and communicating to customers

You will need;

  • Good teamworking and collaboration skills
