Your Role

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries in the reception
  • Assist sales to deal with client applications
  • Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep records of client interactions and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage clients

About You

  • Proven customer support experience, experience as a client service representative or sales experience
  • The ability to speak and write both English and Mandarin fluently
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A valid NZ Work Visa, NZ Residency or NZ Citizenship
