The award winning Servilles brand, renowned for quality, innovation and providing outstanding Hair, Barber & Makeup education and student experience has an opening for an Academy Manager.
Reporting directly to the Director you will have a background in tertiary education and demonstrated people management experience. A natural organiser you are solution focused and aware of the big picture. Although working knowledge of the hair/beauty industry is an advantage we would love to hear from tertiary education stars.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required: The position holder will have:
- A tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and/or understanding of policy and government processes
- Knowledge of tertiary education
- Strategic thinking skills
- Ability to facilitate change
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Relationship management skills
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and support the academy team
- Management of daily operations of the academy
- Management of compliance & funding mechanisms
- Meet internal & external KPI’s & EPI’s and reporting requirements
- Ensuring high quality teaching and delivery of programmes
- Maintain consistency
