About You

We are looking for an ambitious Financial Controller to manage the full finance function across the Australasian businesses.

Being an integral member of the Australasian leadership team, in this role you would be responsible for statutory and management reporting, tax, treasury, financial strategy, audit, team management, and day to day finance tasks.

In a nutshell the role includes:

• Financial Accounting
• Management Accounting
• Compliance management
• Budget preparation and forecasting
• Taxation / Treasury
• Management and leadership for a team of 3

About You

The ideal candidate will be a great collaborator, able to motivate and mentor others, with a great can-do attitude and strong communication skills as this role deals with multiple global stakeholders. Someone who agile, invested in their career and has the technical expertise and the commercial acuity to contribute to a successful, rapidly growing international business,

In addition, you should bring the following skills and experience:

• CA Qualified or equivalent
• Excellent Excel skills
• Minimum 8-10 years post qualification experience
• Detailed orientated and hands on
• Australian and New Zealand Reporting and Tax environments is an advantage
• Ability to work on multiple projects with various constituents and working to tight deadlines
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
