We are looking for a motivated leader to join our team. This part time role will suit someone who is passionate about helping a new generation of junior jewellers to succeed. It is a rewarding but challenging position.
If so we are looking for a person who;
- Can work up to 20 hours per week
- Maybe be an indentured, practising or retired Goldsmith Jeweller
- May have attained Level 6 Diploma in Goldsmithing or Jewellery
- Can plan and prepare course materials
- Will strive to provide quality educational experiences
- Loves to give practical demonstrations to support instruction
- Is flexible and able to change tactics when a lesson isn’t working
- Is patient and respectful when giving instruction
Successful applicants;
- May be required to sit a bench trial by handmaking a complex mount or similar
- Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa to be eligible
