Examination Cycle Manager
The Examination Cycle Manager is a key leadership role in our Operations and Logistics team. The team is primarily responsible for the operational delivery of the external National Certificate in Educational Achievement (NCEA) and New Zealand Scholarship examinations as an end to end process.
Reporting to the Manager, Operations & Logistics you will be responsible for:
- Leading, co-ordinating and managing the business-as-usual examination project cycles and operational plans across the Secondary business units.
- Producing, implementing and reviewing the operational plan and activity as it relates to the delivery of external assessment.
- Ensuring that critical vendor services are provided
- Ensuring that the exam cycle delivery operating model is able to transition over time to online assessment.
- Co-ordinating the production, implementation and review of the Assessment Division's business continuity plan.
If you are an experienced, motivated and efficient manager, with significant operational and/or project management experience and a strong customer focused perspective, this could be the role for you.
Ideally you will also possess the ability to identify and recommend potential process and system improvements and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in this area.
