This family business has been established for over a decade and continues to go from strength to strength. With a presence throughout the North Island, the focus moving forward is on diversifying their product offering and expanding to the South Island. The work force has grown significantly to over 200 employees and they’re now looking to secure the services of a Company Accountant to manage the end to end accounting requirements in conjunction with the CFO.
  
Your responsibilities include:

• Management & Financial Accounting - prepare monthly management and financial reports, maintain the integrity of the balance sheet and provide meaningful insight into the financials on a monthly basis
• Project Accounting - project status reports, cost, profitability, forward income and WIP
• Statutory - Ensure that all key requirements are carried out in a timely and accurate manner
• Payroll - Permanent and contractors alongside statutory obligations
• Management of Debtors, Creditors, insurances etc

 
This role will suit a qualified accountant moving from chartered accounting practice to industry, or you may have worked in a corporate at an accountant or finance manager level and be ready for the challenges of a smaller, more agile environment. 
 
Your requirements:

• CA/CPA qualified accountant with sound accounting experience
• Experience with ERP/CRM
• Appropriate tertiary qualification
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Desire to grow and take on further challenges
