Senior Property Finance Analyst
Fulltime, Permanent role, based in Britomart, Auckland

• Do you have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills?  
• Do you have proven financial and credit risk experience?
• Do you have a sound knowledge of the property market?

If so, we are looking for a well-rounded individual to join our Property Finance team based in Auckland. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for providing customer, credit and operational support to a range of property clients.
 
We are looking to recruit a team player, who is highly self-motivated. You will have exceptional written communication and relationship management skills and we will leverage your competency in financial analysis with your proven experience in report writing. This role will be challenging as well as rewarding, while providing you an opportunity to learn in a supportive team environment.
 
To ensure success in this team you will need:

• Customer centric, a team player and exhibits drive, resilience and high levels of personal integrity and professionalism;
• Ideally 3-5 years' experience in front line banking (including lending) and/or property experience;

Sound commercial acumen to ensure the appropriate level of understanding for property finance customers;

• A degree in Property or Commerce would be advantageous;
