THE OPPORTUNITY

The kauri is among the mightiest trees, yet begins as just a seed. Here at Clendon Kauri Kids we have an opportunity for a knowledgeable and passionate Head Teacher to join our team of talented early childhood professionals.  In this exciting and rewarding role, you will be responsible for the effective management of the day to day operations of the team and financial performance of the centre ensuring that a high standard of customer service is provided by all staff members whilst developing and supporting your team. 

ABOUT YOU

Naturally you’ll be a supportive leader who enjoys coaching staff to their full potential. You will be passionate and committed to quality education ensuring that your team further develop their skills through embracing our philosophy of child lead play. You will have excellent communication skills and will have the ability to build and maintain a relationship with a wide range of people from your local community.   You will hold a New Zealand Bachelor or Diploma of Teaching ECE and be currently fully certified.

This role will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with the centre being open between 8am and 5pm.

Kauri Kids Clendon is currently looking for a permanent full time Head Teacher to join their talented team
