As an instructional designer, you will be working with internal and external clients to design, develop and deliver training material and resources across approximately 22 different industries.
Liaising closely with subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders, you will scope out the requirements, plan the process, write the content, ensure all required standards are met, and finally evaluate and review the finished process.
You will be experienced in creative writing, with a passion for creating learning and assessment content across a variety of mediums - those we know about; like e-learning, blended, digital, mobile and facilitated; and those we don't.
If you have experience in instructional design, with Moodle or e-learning, and Storyline then we want to hear from you. Aside from your imagination, drive, demonstrable delivery and initiative, you will be someone who can map out a process from scratch, develop the content and then implement the finished product.
Your will be someone who:
- Enjoys creative writing
- Easily builds strong relationships through all levels of the organisation
- Communicates effectively - written and verbal
- Has a strong focus on the details
An understanding of the NZQA framework would be highly advantageous, along with the ability to be self managing within a sometimes fluid environment.
