The Role
Randstad Education are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and professional Head Teacher for a creative orientated centre located in Central Christchurch. The successful teacher will be tasked with creating and implementing the centres program curriculum whilst also inspiring children to investigate, create and explore their environment.

The Person
You will have at least 2-3 years experience in the Early Childhood Industry and preferably a special talent with any instruments, music, drama or dance. Head Teacher experience is also very favourable. You will be required to fit into a high performing team in reaching the highest quality care and education for all children and families. You will also have a strong drive to excel in all areas of the Te Whariki frameworks and all National Standards and be able to use this knowledge to develop, design and implement educational programs.

Essential qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor of Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- New Zealand Teachers Registration
- 2-3 Years experience in a teaching role or Head Teacher Role
- Demonstrated organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Strong practical interpersonal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with staff and parents and positively promote the centre.
