We are a well renowned quality education provider which aims to enable students to optimize their potential and become internationally competitive in the market place. We offer Diploma in IT Technical Support (Level 5), Diploma in Systems Administration (Level 6), Diploma in Networks and Systems Administration Advanced (Level 7), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Level 7) and Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Level 7). 

We are seeking experienced lecturers capable of delivering training and assessments for the above-mentioned programmes. Successful applicants shall have a range of relevant industry and teaching skills that demonstrate their ability to successfully plan and deliver a number of subjects and the capacity to conduct labs and final year projects to students from a wide variety of different cultural backgrounds.  

Experience in local mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / IT industry, tertiary education sector, NZQA and IPENZ procedures will be an advantage for the successful candidates.

The engineering lecturer positions would be fit for the candidates who have proven knowledge and expertise including:

• Postgraduate studies in mechanical /electrical engineering
• Strong research background
• Tertiary teaching, assessment development and delivery in accordance with NZQA framework.
• Strong understanding of the NZQA qualification system about engineering qualifications.
• A tertiary teaching certificate (i.e. National Certificate in Adult education and training).
• Strong mechanical/electrical engineering background and experience, including development and management of labs, final project supervision, course prescription and application development for engineering qualifications.
• Strong administrative and computing skills.

The IT lecturer positions would be fit for the candidates who have proven knowledge and expertise including:

• Postgraduate studies in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology and ICT professional certifications.
• Preferably Certified as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in server based technologies, Cisco CCNA (Security), CCNP OR other IT professional certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in teaching/training information technology courses with 2+ years of hands on experience in networking, systems engineering and supporting large scale systems within a corporate environment.
• Excellent record of tertiary teaching, assessment development and delivery in accordance with NZQA framework.
• A tertiary teaching certificate (i.e. National Certificate in Adult education and training).
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Professionalism: well-spoken and smartly-dressed.
