Credit Controller

As a part of the Collections team you will be:

  • Contacting customers with overdue accounts to make arrangements to repay any balance that is past due
  • Loading and monitoring arrangements made with your customers in the internal system
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to solve problems
  • Answering incoming calls from the collections queue
  • Adhering to all compliance obligations to deliver high quality work


Your goal is to come to the best solution for your company and your customer. This is not your average Credit Control role – delivering exceptional service is at the core of this business – no matter the circumstance for your call.

You will work Monday – Friday during standard business hours.

About your experience:

  • Account managing debt – portfolio of accounts
  • Following up on arrangements 
  • Collecting payments over the phone
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Reconciliations
  • Reviewing accounts processes and systems and implementing improvements
  • Daily banking and reconciliations
  • Creating reports and lasing with relevant parties
  • Monitor escalated accounts issues/queries both internally and externally
  • Preparing and holding meetings with the property managers to discuss ledger
