Great opportunity to be involved with an experienced relationship management team at a growing time, to build, and execute account strategies with existing and potential employers, and Chartered Accountants in Practice.

Key aspect of the role is to drive strategic relationship management and engagement whilst create awareness around member services, support and products with the key focus being member centricity. This role is heavily weighted towards account management and delivering relationship value to CA ANZ members. You will also develop commercial pipelines, meet revenue targets and effectively manage a diverse membership. Essential part of the role will be to develop for Practice sector:

  • Go-to-market strategy for key accounts
  • Manage and Lead strategic B2B stakeholders
  • Represent the SMP segment, develop and implement Member engagement plans along with communication plans.
  • Influence decisions makers and identify business development opportunities

Reporting to the General Manager Practice Sector, this position will be responsible to grow the commercial sales pipeline, achieve financial results to maintain and grow revenue-generating targets. Strong understanding of the Practice Segment and the environment in which it operates will be key to the role.

Based in Auckland, this role will focus on collaborating with all internal stakeholders to ensure all business development and relationship opportunities are managed effectively to drive positive member outcomes. Experience within Practice Segment will be highly regarded. You will be able to successfully:

Leadership

Strategic thinker with ability to direct and influence for nominated key accounts. Manage and build on key relationships by enabling member portfolio and account plans.

Sales

Invest the time to build key relationships, identify opportunities for business development to increase revenue targets.

Relationship Management

Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan. Mitigate risk and resolve any service issues within account portfolio.

Team work

Work in collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders to generate innovative ideas to effectively position CA ANZ products and solutions in a competitive market.

Solution focused

Driven by results, communicate product offerings and value proposition to members in a highly engaging manner.

About you:

Proven experience in:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and or 10+ years’ experience within Practice Segment and a Chartered Accounting qualification will be highly regarded.
  • Strategy development and execution for desired organisational outcomes
  • Customer insight skills, strong relationship management skills and negotiation skills
  • Highly networked, commercial acumen and respected by members and business community
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to coach team members to achieve KPI’s
  • Experience working in a customer facing team to deliver consistent brand experience
  • Confident communicator and has excellent interpersonal skills.
