About the business
Juni Uni is a New Zealand owned and operated licensed childcare service that has been in business for 10 years. We currently have 3 centres in New Zealand, and have plans to grow even more in the future. We are a service dedicated to an inclusive, nurturing, and caring environment where children of all backgrounds can come to learn, play, grow and belong.
About the role
This role will report directly to the owner of the company. We are looking for a hard working self-starter who can hit the ground running and immediately make a positive impact by supporting ownership using APT Childcare software. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, discretion, empathy, and a passion for doing great things for children are important qualities for our ideal candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering day sheets for all 3 centres;
- Adding new enrollments for all 3 centres;
- Inputting change of hours requests for all 3 centres;
- Publishing work schedules to teachers in all 3 centres;
- Tracking frequent absences for all 3 centres;
- Reporting a number of statistics to ownership for all 3 centres;
- Assisting ownership in preparing RS7 reports when necessary;
- Preparing accounts for families in all 3 centres;
- Providing other administrative support to ownership as and when required.

Skills and experience
This role requires a minimum of 5 years concurrent experience running APT Childcare software. The successful candidate will be familiar with all aspects of APT, and have recent experience using and administering the functions as described in the job details.
