Logistics

  1. Pre-Vessel Lotting – Cargo Readiness
  2. Pre-vessel Planning – Cedos, Fumigation Requests, Inspection Requests
  3. Port Liason – Communicating with Service Providers
  4. Loading Operations – Coordinating Stevedores, Marshalling, Fumigators
  5. Port Log Quality Inspection and Reporting
  6. Post Shipment – Reconciling manifest , Preparation of Log List, COO, Phyto , BL, Courier
  7. Shipping PNL 

 

 

Admin

  1. Preparation of All Supplier BCIs
  2. Data Entry
  3. Creating, coding and Adding Invoices into Xero
  4. Credit Card Expense Statements
  5. Travel Bookings and Arrangements
  6. General Office Admin
  7. Invoice Verification – Logs and Shipping
  8. Monthly AWG Price Comparison Report
  9. Monthly Price Release
  10. Sales and Purchase Agreements

Skills and experience

Minimum Two Years experience in a similar export logistics role.

Good Reporting , Number Crunching skills.

Moderate to High Microsoft Excel Skills.

Multi tasking and Administration Experience.

Good Ability to coordinate and deal with external agencies and people.
