We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. You will work alongside a team of Maintenance Planners, Maintenance Fitters and Maintenance Electricians to complete PM checks, corrective actions and implement capital improvements across all our Auckland Sites.


You will be responsible for;

-      Organisation and prioritisation of both your own, and the teams work load

-      The coordination with various Manufacturing and Operations Teams

-      Organisation of in house resource

-      Procurement of parts and services as required

-      Providing technical expertise as well as troubleshooting technical issues

-      Ensuring a safe working environment is maintained


To be successful in this role you will have;

-      A minimum of 5 years industry experience

-      Experience with managing a team

-      Relevant Technical qualification, preferably holding a limited electrical registration

-      Proven organisation and prioritisation capabilities

-      Innovative with your thinking and computer savvy

-      Interpersonal skills
