Our Inwards Goods team plays a vital part of the business and we now require a person to join our PlaceMakers Kapiti branch.
You will be responsible for our inwards goods area. Your responsibilities will include safely loading and unloading our truck, picking and packing of orders, putting stocks away, and ensuring that all products are receipted, in the right quantity and in good condition. You will also strive to maintain and improve our internal processes, track and log daily deliveries in our busy store, and observe safe working practices for you and your team at all times. At times you may be required to assist in other areas of branch operations.
This role is physically demanding and will see you manually organising our stocks. we require someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. This is a busy role and you need someone who can work effectively well under pressure. We are looking for someone who ensures a safe working environment is maintained for themselves, their team and our customers. A valid F endorsed Forklift Licence would be an advantage.
