We are a privately owned South Auckland manufacturer of blow moulded bottles and containers supplying packaging for products ranging from personal care, pharmaceuticals, food and household products and the chemical industries
We seek an experienced technical specialist with a full range of experience including:
- Die setting, setting up new and existing blow moulds, fine tuning and sorting out moulding process and machine faults, with a focus on maximizing product quality, machine output and moulding efficiencies while minimizing machine downtime and loss of production
- Strong technical knowledge of extrusion blow moulding processes with a focus on trouble shooting, product quality and efficiencies
- Strong quality knowledge and ability to rectify quality issues
- Used to dealing with frequent multiple diesets and different mould sets ranging in size from 60ml to 25L including multi-cavity tooling
- Experienced with processing various materials
- Ability to work well in a team, ability to train other staff members
- Strong health and safety ethic
- Team leadership ability and a strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to be innovative and think outside the square
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the above skills and ideally have 3-5 years plus experience in a similar role. Salary is negotiable
